The Hispanic Health Care Task Force is a non-profit, charitable organization, with Sylvia Rickard as president. The Hispanic Health Care Task force was formed in 2004 and incorporated in 2005.
The mission of the Utah Hispanic Health Care Task Force is to promote health and social welfare and also to carryout, health educational programs among the Utah Hispanic population. One of its major goals is to improve the health and delivery of services to Hispanic/Latinos in Utah. It primarily serves the Wasatch Front but has exanded its reach throughout the state in recent years.
